Content in Next Bigapp’s FFXI wiki dated prior to March 16, 2011, originated from the article of the same name on FFXIclopedia at Fandom.com. This content is also licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License, and all edit histories retain full and complete attribution to the original authors as per the applicable license.

II. User Content:
(a) Interactive Areas: The Site includes various interactive areas, such as wikis and comments, where users can contribute content. By using these areas, you agree not to do any of the following:

(b) Specific Copyrights: Certain games’ wikis on the Site have posted specific materials usage policies for games like FINAL FANTASY XIV, FINAL FANTASY XI, MARVEL’S AVENGERS, and FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE.
V. Linking:
(a) Links to the Site: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to this Site as long as it does not portray Next Bigapp or its products and services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or defamatory manner. This right may be revoked at any time.
(b) Third-Party Links: Next Bigapp is not responsible for the quality, content, nature, or reliability of sites accessible via hyperlinks from the Site or sites linking to the Site. Linked sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or any changes or updates to those sites. VI. Premium Services:
Certain services provided by Next Bigapp, including Next Bigapp Plus+ subscriptions, require registration and payment. These services are subject to additional terms and conditions.
(a) Payment Obligation and Authorization: You are responsible for paying all charges related to your Premium Services account, including periodic subscription fees and grant us permission to charge your credit card or approved payment method for these fees. Subscriptions will be billed at the beginning and on each renewal date, unless canceled prior to renewal. Temporary outages of Premium Services will not constitute a breach of these terms, and no reimbursement is due for such outages.
(b) Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will be automatically renewed and charged unless canceled through your user panel before the renewal date. Canceling your subscription will terminate access to Premium Services without refund. Fees, charges, and sales are final, except in cases of demonstrated fraud, determined at Next Bigapp’s sole discretion.
(c) Termination: Next Bigapp reserves the right to terminate your Premium Services account or discontinue providing Premium Services at any time and with or without notice.
(d) Discounted Trial Memberships: Promotional trial memberships to Premium Services may be offered at special prices or with a free trial period. If you sign up for a trial membership, it will automatically renew at the standard rate unless canceled before the trial ends.
(e) Temporary Memberships: Free temporary memberships may be offered for Premium Services, which will terminate at the end of the temporary period without renewal or fees.
(f) Subscriber Information: You agree to provide accurate and updated information about yourself and promptly inform us of changes. You are responsible for the security of your account and must notify us of any potential breach.
(g) Use Restriction: Premium Services are for private, non-commercial use only. Sharing access credentials or content with non-Subscribers without written permission from Next Bigapp is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your Membership without refund.
VII. Membership and Rewards:
Certain services provided by Next Bigapp, including earning Reward Points and Plus+ Points, require membership registration. The awarding of membership benefits is void where prohibited by law.
(a) Earning Opportunities: Members can earn Reward Points for various actions, such as registration, linking social media accounts, logging in, making wiki edits, and liking articles. Subscribers to Premium Services can also earn Plus+ Points for these actions.
(b) Claiming Rewards: Members can claim virtual rewards (Virtual Rewards) using Reward Points, and Premium Services subscribers can claim physical rewards (Plus+ Rewards) using Plus+ Points. Virtual Rewards have no cash value and can be claimed once, while Plus+ Rewards require additional shipping charges and will arrive within six to eight weeks.
VIII. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:
Next Bigapp provides the Site and its materials on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the validity, accuracy, or reliability of the information found on the Site. While we strive to ensure safe access and use of the Site, we do not guarantee that it is free of viruses or harmful components. Next Bigapp is not liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
IX. Applicable Law & Venue:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any action arising from these terms and conditions shall be filed in state or federal court located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any such suit, action, or proceeding.
If any provision of these Site Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
